I wanted to put on record my thanks to Evelyn Reiss for her tremendous help to me late last year when I had to migrate one of my sites across to the fantastic HostM service. I host an autoresponder and email list manager service on my site BizInfoServe.com and was having major dramas with my previous host involving a clash between my commercial autoresponder software and the cPanel auto-updates that were happening on my site. My service went down for nearly a whole week, and I couldn’t get any resolution.

“On transferring to HostM, I firstly found that I got answers to my emails very promptly, often within an hour, or even less. This is amazing! Evelyn was also in the same time zone as myself, which was a great bonus, as we could have multiple exchanges during a business day.

“Even better was that HostM went out of their way to fix the clash problem with my CGI script and the auto-update in Cpanel, trying a number of solutions till they came up with one that worked! They didn’t have to do this, as they could have easily said “It’s your software webmasters’ problem”, but with their help, I was up and running within a few days, and all the time Evelyn answered any query I had quickly, courteously and effectively.

I’ve used HostM to host my homeowner association site for over 7 years and I have to say customer support as excellent as theirs is highly uncommon. I’m a little guy running an HOA website on shared hosting and the urgency with which they address my concerns could not be higher. I rarely wait longer than 1 hour for a response to a new ticket, and then updates are generally almost as quick as instant messaging. Truly superb!
