We do not currently offer reseller hosting packages. This may change in the future. If you’d like to be notified when reseller hosting is available, contact us and request to be placed on the notification list.
We do not have any standard retail packages for virtual private servers (VPS) or dedicated servers, but depending on your budget and exact requirements, we may be able to create custom packages for you.
All custom packages are fully managed, meaning we take care of server-level (i.e. operating system, firewall, email server, web server, etc.) security and updates, so root and WHM access are not provided to avoid unnecessary complications. We do not offer unmanaged VPS or dedicated servers.
From your perspective as a client, a custom VPS or dedicated server package works just like our standard hosting package, with the following exceptions:
You may request for additional hosting accounts to be created on the VPS or dedicated server at no additional charge.
For a dedicated server package, there are no other clients with hosting accounts on the same machine.
Please note that our fully managed custom VPS and dedicated servers are priced considerably higher than many other such offerings.
You can expect a custom fully managed VPS to cost over $100/month, and a fully managed dedicated server to cost over $500/month. Due to the nature of these offerings, these do not come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
