Where can I find my hosting account’s Info page?

You’ll find that in our tutorials and Client Care tickets, you’re sometimes asked to check your hosting account’s Info page to look up certain details.

Accessing Your Hosting Account’s Info Page

You can access your hosting account’s Info page as follows:

1. Sign in to the Client Lounge.

   You’ll reach the dashboard containing an overview of your services.

2. Select that Info button next to the hosting account in question, and the Info page should show up.

Details Available on the Info Page

The Info page lists important details about your hosting account, including:

• Account Hostname

• Expiration Date

• Billing Schedule

• cPanel Login Information

• FTP Login Information

• SFTP Login Information

• WebDAV Login Information

• Email Login Information

• Webmail Login Information

• SSH Login Information (if enabled)
