us, it fully supports Ruby on Rails. Ruby FastCGI support
is included for production Rails sites.
Multiple Domain Rails Hosting! As you may know, your hosting package allows you to host up to 5 different
web sites with their own domain names (domain registration not included).
You can have your Rails apps running on any or all of the domain names.

 Because we are very serious about keeping our servers as
secure as possible for the protection of your data, we have a strict
policy of not including shell access with any hosting account.
Most Rails users develop their Rails apps on their own
computers and then upload the files to their hosting account for deployment,
so this is not a problem.
The first time you upload a new Rails app to your hosting
account, be sure to upload it into a folder directly within your home
folder, then simply open a Client Care ticket and let us know the exact
URL you'd like the Rails app to run over the web so that we can create
the link for you, and you're in business. |
