| A credit card can be declined for multiple reasons.
Some possible reasons:
1. Your credit card company is likely declining the transaction either for insufficient funds or other reasons. In this case you will have to contact your credit card company to determine the reason.
2. Our credit card processor is rejecting the transaction. Our credit card processor has an Address Verification System (AVS) to prevent fraudulent charges. An AVS check requires additional information such as the Billing Address and Postal Code for purchases on our system. The Billing Address is the Street Address where your credit card bill is delivered.
3. Credit card identification number is not correctly input.
4. If the card is still not going through after you have tried the above suggestions, Please do not keep trying to process the same transaction as it will lock up the attempted purchase. It is better to wait a couple of days before trying again.
