| NOTE: You can only delete a contact if the contact is not used in any of the domain names. If you try to delete a contact that is currently being used by any domain names, our system will refuse to delete the contact and it will list the domain names that currently use the corresponding contact.
In order to delete a contact that is currently used by a domain name, you will need to go to the "View/Edit" page of the corresponding domain name and modify the contact of the domain name such that it will use another contact.
To delete a contact:
1. Login to the Client Lounge via http://my.hostm.com/ using your email address and your Client Lounge password.
2. Click on "My Contacts". The list of contacts that you have created is displayed.
3. Click on the "Delete" button next to the contact you would like to delete. |
