| To change your contact records:
1. Login to the Client Lounge via http://my.hostm.com/ using your email address and your Client Lounge password.
2. Click on "My Domains" link. The list of domain names that you have registered with us is displayed.
3. Click on the "View/Edit" button next to the domain name whose contact records you would like to modify.
4. Modify the contact records by selecting the correct contact from each pop-up menu.
5. Click on the "Click ONCE to Update This Domain Name" button.
Note: While your updates will be reflected in HostM.com usually within minutes, it can take external websites up to 48 hours to update their whois database. |
