| 12-month and 24-month contracts are available for hosting accounts.
Your card is billed in advance depending on the payment terms that you choose, i.e. if you choose to pay annually, we will bill you every 12 months in advance.
We provide full refund for hosting account within the 30-day money back guarantee period. Beyond the 30-day money back guarantee, we do not provide refunds for unused days or months.
Cancellation requests should be sent via the Client Lounge by opening a ticket. If you are moving to a new host, please be sure to transfer all your files to the new host before requesting for cancellation.
Domain name registration fees and charges for additional services (if requested by you) are non-refundable. |
