Your card is billed in advance depending on the payment terms that you choose, i.e. if you choose to pay annually, we will bill you every 12 months in advance.
We can provide a full refund for hosting accounts within the 30-day money back guarantee period. Beyond the 30-day money back guarantee, we do not provide refunds for unused days or months.
We do not impose a minimum contract length. You may cancel your hosting account at any time.
Cancellation requests should be sent via the Client Lounge by opening a ticket. If you are moving to a new host, please be sure to transfer all of your data to the new host before requesting cancellation.
Domain name registration fees and charges for additional services (if requested by you) are strictly non-refundable. |
