What if I change my mind, or spell a name wrong, or accidentally registered the wrong domain name. Can I get my money back? |
| All sales are final. This is why it is very important to check your order thoroughly before submitting. You do have a chance to review a domain name and can back out of the order before you select to purchase the domain.
If it is a common misspelling or an easily made typo when entering your domain name, you may consider parking the domain name so that it points to the correct domain name. This way, if anyone else mistypes the name, they still will be brought to your site.
Tip:
If a mistake is made and you do not wish to keep a domain name, be sure that you log into your account and uncheck the box for auto-renewal. This will ensure that the domain is not automatically renewed upon expiration and it will eventually be deleted. |
